Care should be exercised with any transmitter that exceeds Part 15 power limits, such as in the case of carrier current applications. You should consult a qualified engineer regarding installation of AM carrier current or other transmitter where improper installation could result in operation exceeding Part 15 limits.

Part 15 Compliant Transmitters:
WARNING: A Part 15 "compliant" transmitter hasn't undergone testing for certification by the FCC. Should you have a visit from an FCC field inspector they will be more apprehensive of your operation with this sort of equipment. As of the publication date the following vendors do not have any certification identifiers on file on the Federal Communications Commission web site for their equipment. It is suggested you exercise care when operating non-certified transmitting equipment.

Carrier Current Transmitters:
WARNING: Carrier current transmitter are designed to emit much greater power than allowed under Part 15 rules if connected to an antenna. Carrier current systems utilize power lines as radiators and must be designed for proper operation. It is highly advised that you consult a knowledgeable installer for your carrier current installation to insure Part 15 compliance.
